My schedule for the next few days.
What am I doing?
Oh you know, just lounging by the pool (in other words my new home) and taking advantage of free wifi.
I think I am adapting well to this new lifestyle. Lots of reading and dvd watching plus some occasional work and a dash of exercise thrown in for good measure. It isn’t quite the lonely patheticness (Yes, I know that isn’t a word. I don’t care. Reality has little bearing on my word choice.) I envisioned. I suppose I can handle this for the next week and a half.
Also, the cowboy and I skyped for the first time ever this morning. We are ages behind the rest of the world. He has no webcam, but is purchasing one today, so perhaps I shall see his face sometime.
Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend tumblrs and stay safe and sound!

I’m creepin’ by the pool. I made friends with the maintenance man though, so at least now I have someone to talk to. Workout, pool, and maybe some movie rentals later on? Sounds like a plan to me!

“Love” earring for my cartilage piercing + somewhat crazy eyes as I was trying to see what I was doing without turning my head
I am housesitting (technically apartment sitting) for a friend, which is a great gig and easy money. The place is nice, all is well, except for the fact that she has no cable or internet. Right now I am creeping by the pool because I can pick up wifi here. And stare at a very hot dad.
I know it is quite pathetic to be complaining about a lack of convenience, but I can’t leave the apartment for very long because of the cats and dogs and the fact that they need to be let out constantly. And just sitting around staring at the blank apartment walls is not holding my attention for long.
In other news, the cowboy and I should be reunited in about another month or so. The BLM wants him back for the rest of fire season, so he’ll finish his current job and then return. I can’t wait, I really miss that guy.
Also, job #2 is going great, in about another week things will get very busy very fast, but that means more money for me.
I’m baaaaack!
